Rhetoric T-Shirts + An Exclusive Giveaway!

It is no secret that I love t-shirts, specially high design t-shirts, just look at the apparel section of the blog to see what I’m talking about. The web is full of great sites dedicated to high design t-shirts, but there’s a new one that I’m particularly excited about. Most of the time, I feel a bit skeptical about new sites and stick to the ones I know, but this one has managed to draw me in with each and every design in their collection.

Rhetoric T-shirts is the creation of Lizabeth Cayro and W. Dylan Dawson, architecture students who were distracted by fashion, and let’s thank fashion for distracting them! Lizabeth and Dawson launched their t-shirt shop a month ago, the designs on the t-shirts are inspired by innovative examples of youth and pop cultures, and created by international artists from many mediums including graphic design, ink and pencil and architecture. Rhetoric is founded on the belief that the X and Y generation has adopted t-shirts as medium of self expression and a form of personal rhetoric.

Rhetoric’s designs are simply fantastic, I specially like this one that gives mother nature a screaming face that might just give people an actual view of the problem of environmental issues. Another great thing is how they pay attention to details, like their logo on the sleeve and how they don’t use the regular t-shirt blanks, instead, they use custom manufactured shirts with a modern American cut, making their t-shirts a great product overall.
