Walls 360 is a new start up that creates on demand self-adhesive re-positionable wall graphics for artists and designers from around the world. The company is co-founded by Australian artist Yiying Lu, who is also the creative director. And naturally, Walls 360 is featuring a great collection of interactive wall art by Yiying Lu. If you haven’t heard of the name Yiying Lu before, you’ve probably already seen one of her most famous artwork (specially if you’re a Twitter user) and that is The Fail Whale.
I got my hands on a few sets of wall graphics, thanks to our good friends at Walls 360.
Let’s start with the Tweety and Friends set ($39) :
This colorful set of 38 cut-outs includes a Tweety bird, a Goodnight owl, a Squirrel, a Goldfish, two frogs and the Dreamer Whale (Fail Whale) with his eight bird friends... as well as a bunch of flowers, rainbow bursts, Yiying Lu logos and Tweety & Friends logo.
Long Stem Roses Set ($49 for 6 roses):
This set includes 6 roses, 6 long stems, 6 petals, a message heart, a lucky ladybug and one Yiying Lu logo.
The wall graphics are of very high quality, and the colors are nice and vibrant. Applying the graphics on the walls are as simple as peel and stick. And let’s not forget the ‘re-positionable’ part, you can easily peel these graphics off the wall and stick them somewhere else as many times as you’d like (up to a 100 times) and they will stick like new.
Now here’s a set of graphics just as great as the previous sets, but with a different idea...
The Tangram set is a great interactive learning tool that is a must have for anyone with children. Kids will enjoy playing with these wall stickers to create different shapes and designs right on the wall, or any surface for that matter. The designs you can create with these colorful tangrams are endless, it’ll allow them to get creative, and the fact that they simply peel and stick will give the kids a fun experience. I know I enjoyed playing with these!
