Watch Diary Table

You've seen the Watch Diary which I reviewed a while ago here. Designer Wonjune Song has taken the best feature of the diary and created something similar, yet new. The Watch Diary table uses the same concept the Watch Diary uses to manage time but this time the timetable and the clock are on a board, which comes with an erasable marker and features a magnetic back so you can attach any additional notes, photos or anything to it. The watch is completely detachable and can be used on its own. Buy it here ($33)

Stampler

A regular stapler with a little addition, a stamper... and that's what a stampler is. The stampler staples paper just like a regular stapler, but it also stamps a smiley face design. Now if only we can get that smiley face to actually smile. Buy it here (£12 - 19.50)

Wreck This Journal/This Is Not a Book by Keri Smith [Review]

Wreck This Journal:

The best way to describe this book is to call it ‘Good Therapy’. Each page of the journal has prompts that invite you to wreck it in every possible way; spill coffee on it, shred a page, step on it with your dirty shoes, crack its spine, place sticky things in it... and many more destructive actions. It will also encourage you to document some random things like; a boring event, your handwriting using your left hand (or right hand if you’re a lefty), negative comments, or document time passing. At the end of the book, and after you’ve completely wrecked it, the author encourages you to tape the journal closed and mail it to yourself.

This Is Not a Book:

Much like Wreck This Journal, this journal features a prompt in every page, but instead of having you wreck the journal, it invites you to do things that will require you to use your imagination and might sometime even push you outside your comfort zone. You’ll get to create your limited edition art and pass it on to people, create your own currency, go on a random adventure or a scavenger hunt, and many more things that wouldn’t normally cross your mind.

The two journals are totally worth having. The randomness of the prompts is so much fun and very creativity-inducing, and if you actually do every prompt on the books, you’ll end up with a much wider comfort zone.
