I Growbot Planter

If you're going to be spending a lot of time at your desk, then having I Growbot by your side would be a good thing to do. The ceramic robot planter's sole mission is to brighten your day with its green growing hair and no face (see the humor?). It does not require much of you... unpack, fill the robot with peat and seeds provided, water then watch the grass grow. This is a way to bring the outside garden in, specially if you're planning on being hooked to your work and computer all day long.

Open/Closed... Stop 'Go' ... Signs

Notice anything unusual about these signs?

Come in... We're CLOSED: You may come in, but too bad... we're closed.
Sorry.. We're OPEN: We are open this time, but sorry... we might not be much of a help. Or maybe, we're sorry to have you here? it goes either way.
Stop 'GO' Sign: Well.. make whatever you want to make out of this one. See the sign and stop or read the sign and go? The choice is yours.

The Open/Closed sign is made of durable plastic and the Stop 'Go' sign is made of pressed aluminum. Hang them in your home, office... a shop if you have one or wherever you feel like your opinion has to be loudly expressed.

Picasso Morph Notepad

I'm all for fun at the office, and that's why I love this one. The Picasso Morph Notepad is a paper sculpture that morphs into a dozen of shapes. It has over 1000 sheets, so it should last for quite sometime. It's fun, it adds an artistic element to your office and brings out that artist hidden in you!

Don't like this design? Check out the Dog and Bone Morph Notepad.

The Fantastic Four: 4 Function Ruler Pen

The 4 Function Ruler Pen is no regular pen. This super pen functions as a pencil, a pen, a highlighter, a PDA stylus and a rule. So it's actually Fantastic Five but that movie has not been made yet so we'll stick with 'Fantastic Four'. To switch from one function to another, all you have to do is hold the pen horizontally and rotate it till the icon of the desired function faces up. The ruler features centimeters and inches and it also has an eraser (Fantastic Six). Your pen cup will be empty after getting one of these, but there's nothing prettier than a simplified, clean desk.

CAPTCHA Art

CAPTCHA annoys that crap out of me. If I'm lucky, I'd get a word that I can actually type... but most of the time it is harder than a math problem. But who would have thought that CAPTCHA would actually make a rather interesting painting on someone's wall?

I came across this Etsy shop, what the artist does is capture 'attractive' CAPTCHA images... whatever attractive is in this case, and then recreate them in acrylic.

Paintings are 5x7 canvas on a wooden stretcher and sold for $60 each. This would make a perfect gift for that special geek in your life (that could be you too), not only it is unique in concept but only one is available of each.

I Am Not a Paper Cup

The paper cup pictured above is not a paper cup! 'I Am Not a Paper Cup' [featured before] is an eco-friendly porcelain cup designed like the classic 'to go' paper cups. The cup is double walled, and its lid is made of silicone which will keep your coffee warm for a longer time. If you're not a coffee lover, you may fill it with tea or even hot chocolate and we promise no one will know about it. 'I Am Not a Paper Cup' sells for $19.95 and it's the only cup you'll ever need from now on. Well, from the time you buy it on. You'll also be doing the planet a favor by saving up on the paper cups and saving the trees. And you'll save yourself some money by using your own cup rather than the coffee shop's cup. So, it'll pay for itself in no time.

Toast Your Notes

A big slice of toasted bread on your desk is pretty hard to miss. So putting notes that shouldn't be missed on that slice of bread would be the smart thing to do.
Toasted Toast Notes is your ultimate post-it dispenser and it comes with 5 slices of butter... 5 pads of post-its that is.

Give The Gift of Nothing

So what do you give someone who has everything? Or someone who insists that you don't get them anything on their birthday? You give them... nothing! They open the pack and nothing happens, nothing comes out and it's up to them if they want to make something out of it. The thing is pretty good for Nothing, but let's just hope whoever you're giving this to has enough sense of humor to embrace it or you're definitely going on the black list.

InAnimate Character Stickers

Just when you thought life couldn't get more boring. The InAnimate are here to save the day. Turn your things into characters and play with them, the cubicle is much less boring that way.

The Homer Simpson Talking Clock

What time is it? Let Homer Simpson tell you... literally. This talking clock will crack you up on an hourly basis. So it's "haha-time" all day long. If you're worried Homer will annoy you while you're asleep, the clock is light sensitive so it mutes itself when it's dark, so there's nothing to worry about. Woo Hoo!

Bend him, twist him, or do whatever the hell you want with him. You're his master and he's YOUR robot.

Bring out the child in you

While those may seem to be regular crayons that every child seems to enjoy, they're actually a little bit more than that. In fact, they're not what you think at all.

Crayola has not forgotten about its big babies, so it created those Executive Crayon Pens for you to do your work with. Who said work has to be boring?!
